Build renewable energy, modular homes, automated farms, repair infrastructure, public compute, open manufacturing, medical capacity, and learning tools until money becomes less necessary for survival and creativity.

By 2040, politics no longer fits neatly inside old national containers. Climate relocation, orbital infrastructure, autonomous municipalities, cooperative platforms, and public AI systems all cross borders. The answer is not empire. Serious harm may require secure restriction, but cruelty is not public safety. The aim is risk reduction, treatment, restitution, victim support, accountability, and reintegration wherever possible. Dignity is not a reward for perfect behaviour; it is a guardrail against domination.
